Who talks about us?

We are proud that our vision is increasingly recognized by various institutions on multiple platforms. We wanted to showcase the latest press on Social Media, websites and blogs regarding the ECUC to provide a broader overview of the reviews concerning our work.

Over the past two days, our annual European Cloud User Coalition (ECUC) conference was held in historic city of Vienna, generously hosted by BAWAG and Erste Group Bank.

A standout moment: an inspiring keynote by Anne Marie Engtoft Meldgaard, Danish Tech Ambassador, who illuminated valuable insights on crucial topics for European society:

• Geo-political challenges and their impact on digital and operational sovereignty
• Maintaining European cultural and human identities, while dealing with non-EU technology providers
• Strengthening cybersecurity and trust in critical financial infrastructures

Additionally, the event featured two collaborative panel discussions featuring three leading hyperscalers and three European Cloud Service Providers. Those sessions fostered open dialogue and valuable insights into both challenges and opportunities within cloud industry for European Financial Sector.

This facilitated meaningful information sharing and exchange among the conference participants, enabling them to learn from each other and collaborate on future initiatives, while applying these insights in their daily work.

Thanks to our hosts BAWAG and Erste Group Bank for their exceptional hospitality, as well as to all participants and speakers who helped make this conference another successful milestone for the ECUC journey. Together, we are shaping the future of cloud computing for ECUC member financial institutions across Europe.
